A dispatch is one run of an agent. It is the model’s single object. See the shape in the primitives overview.
  • Lifecycle = TTL-on-idle (the Runtime reaps it when nothing is computing).
  • subject vs launcher — on-behalf-of vs who-triggered (see Identity).
  • trust and output are derived, not stored: trust = (all workspaces ro && irreversible tools gated), set by the trigger→grant policy; output = unit:<dispatch_id>:out.
